Red Nose Day 2025 will be held on Friday 21st March in the UK.
2025 marks the 40th anniversary of Comic Relief, the charity which organises Red Nose Day.
Red Nose Day is an annual fundraising event run by the charity Comic Relief, to raise money for people in the UK and around the world, to tackle the most pressing issues of the moment.
The British charity Comic Relief was founded in 1985 to raise money to help those affected by famine in Ethiopia in the wake of the Band Aid single and Live Aid concert.
The first Red Nose Day was held in 1988 and included a comedy telethon which was broadcast on BBC1, and money was raised from the sale of red noses.
It has now become an annual event, with people all over the UK doing something funny for money!
Red Nose Day has also spread across the world, with events held in the USA and Australia.
Here are lots of Red Nose Day themed fun things to do, crafts to try and lots of printables for Red Nose Day.
