The Men's T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 will be held from February 7th to March 8th 2026 in India and Sri Lanka.
The Women's T20 Cricket World Cup 2026 will be held from June 11th to July 19th in England and Wales.
2026 is the tenth time that these tournaments will be held.
What Is the T20 Cricket World Cup?
The T20 Cricket World Cup is a a biennial world cup for the sport of cricket in the T20I format. It is organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
T20 or Twenty20 Cricket is a short form of cricket where the two teams bat for a single innings each, for a maximum of 20 overs. T20I stands for Twenty20 International, denoting any match played between any two ICC members.
In 2026, 20 teams will take part in the men's competition, and 12 teams will take part in the women's competition.
