If, like me, you have a child whose skin is sensitive (or if you have sensitive skin yourself) you will know that the type of clothing worn can make a big difference to how comfortable their skin is. Maybe your child has eczema, psoriasis or is prone to allergies.
Man-made fibres can make them sore and itchy, while natural fibres keeps them cooler and can reduce the itchiness enormously.
I recommend that you always check individual item descriptions of products from any retailers to check the fibre content - the ranges could have changed since this list was compiled.
Cotton Comfort make eczema-friendly clothes for men, women, babies and children, including underwear, gloves, toys, sleepwear, school uniform and bedding.

Frugi is all about gorgeous organic 100% cotton clothes for babies, kids and mums. They have clothes for babies including babygrows, rompers, onesies and pramsuits. For kids up to 10 years there are coats, trousers, T-shirts, dresses, hoodies, pyjamas and skirts. They also have organic cotton soft toys, 100% organic cotton bedding, and frump-free breastfeeding wear for mums.
Natural Collection have Fairtrade and organic clothing for babies and children much of which is 100% cotton or 100% bamboo which is also very good for sensitive skin. Good for tops, T-shirts and dresses as well as babies onsies, bodysuits and bibs.

John Lewis have a lovely range of 100% organic cotton clothing for babies from newborn to 2 years old, including onsies, rompers, trousers, shorts, T-shirts, tops and dresses. As well as their own John Lewis brand, which have just the cutest designs, they also stock top organic brands Frugi, Polarn O. Pyret and Serendipity.
The White Company The majority of The White Company's clothes, PJs and bedding are pure cotton. Particularly strong on girly ginghams and delicate embroideries, they supply great quailty products in classic styles and colours, with lovely victorian style dresses, classically styles trousers, skirts and tops and cool cotton night wear. From babies to 12 years.
Toby Tiger clothes are colourful, with instantly recognisable prints and motifs. Their clothing range goes from newborn up to 6 years with dresses, tees, skirts, trousers, pyjamas, coats, baby clothes, sleepwear and accessories. They also have 100% cotton bibs, balmkets, muslins and sleepsuits.
Boden's children's range have some items which are 100% cotton, but I recommend checking individual items as fibre content varies. Most likely to be cotton are T-shirts, sweatshirts and tops.

Piccalilly Baby and child clothing, bibs and sleepwear up to 10 years old in 100% cotton. Their prints are all quite adorable, in bright and cheerful colours and cute designs. They also stock organic cotton muslin swaddles.
