Idea One
Roasted whole red peppers stuffed with vegetables, spring onions, yellow pepper and courgettes mixed with Uncle Ben’s Sweet & Sour sauce and rice. Bake in the oven until browned on top and decorate with cashew nuts.
Idea Two
Chunky roasted vegetables, red onion, peppers and leeks mixed with Uncle Ben’s Sweet and Sour sauce, serve on a bed of Uncle Ben’s Long Grain rice mixed with stir fried bean-sprouts and cashew nuts.

Idea One
Stir-fry strips of chicken, baby corn, carrot strips, broccoli florets, spring onions and red pepper before adding the Uncle Ben’s Sweet and Sour sauce. Serve in individual servings on a small mound of Uncle Ben’s Express Egg fried rice.
Idea Two
Diced chicken, cooked in a wok with spring onions, bean sprouts, canned bamboo shoots, mange tout or peas and halved mushrooms. Stir in the Uncle Ben’s Sweet and Sour sauce and Express fried rice. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
